Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Level Further Mathematics (YFM01)
An International Further Mathematics qualification combining further pure mathematics with selected further pure and applications units.

Course structure and assessment routes
- IAS Further Mathematics XFM01: three units including FP1, with two from FP2, FP3, M1–M3, S1–S3 and D1.
- IAL Further Mathematics YFM01: six units including FP1 and at least one of FP2 or FP3; choose the remaining units from the eligible further pure and applications units.

Key assessment information
- All units are externally assessed and permit calculators. Select three units for IAS or six for IAL; these are not ten compulsory exams.
- Do not reuse units already cashed in for Mathematics: IAL Mathematics plus Further Mathematics requires 12 different unit results. Check prerequisite knowledge when planning advanced units.
