You do not need an account. Tracked subjects, paper progress, syllabus ticks and your settings are saved in your browser the moment you make them.

If you never sign in, none of it leaves your device.

Sign in and the same progress is saved to your account, so it follows you to your phone, your laptop, and any other browser you use.

Signing in with Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. Signing in with an email address gives us the address. We do not see your password either way.

Your progress is only ever visible to you.

If you choose to allow it, we use Google Analytics to see which subjects and papers people actually use, so we know what to work on next. It records pages visited, roughly which country you are in, and the kind of device and browser you use.

Analytics does not load until you make that choice. You can change it below at any time.

It is not linked to your account, and it never receives your name, your email address or your progress.

Opening or downloading a paper is an ordinary web request, the same as loading an image.

A paper only becomes part of your progress when you mark it yourself.

Settings → Data & Privacy exports everything stored about you as a file you can keep, and resets your preferences to their defaults.

Clearing site data in your browser removes the copy held on your device immediately.

To delete your account and the progress saved to it, email support@igcsefy.com from the address you signed in with.

Most people using IGCSEfy are school age, and the site is built with that in mind: no advertising, no tracking across other websites, and nothing sold or shared with anyone.

If you are a parent or guardian and want your child's account removed, email support@igcsefy.com and it will be deleted.
